This is the best brisket I've eaten in my life. The meat is fall-apart tender, with just the right amount of smokey flavor. The sides are very good too. I tried the Texas caviar and was not disappointed. Highly recommended!

Absolutely delicious! I believe the 3 meat plate is the best bargain... Gives you a chance to try a lot. We got pork belly, brisket, and pork ribs. We had to try the sausage so we got a side order of it.
